I bought and sold my property with Michele. Her expertise as an agent and her knowledge of the Santa Cruz real estate is so valuable. One important piece of information she gave me is to review the HOA reserve when buying a condo. I know of someone who lost their condo due to a low reserve. This low reserve and need for roof repairs resulted in their monthly HOA fee tripling and some homeowners forced to sell their property.
